I cannot recommend Tina highly enough! She was recommended to me by my boyfriend, who had an amazing experience with her while searching for his first home in Connecticut. When it was time for me to move in with him and sell my own house, Tina was incredibly accommodating to my insanely busy schedule and nuanced bottlenecks. She went above and beyond, even helping me clean out the house and move heavy furniture – though please don’t make her do this for you! Lol!

When my boyfriend got picked up for Chief Season, Tina understood the demands of this time (as her husband is also a Chief), so she stepped in and picked up my slack without hesitation. We came across Tina when we started our search for the perfect home in Mystic, CT on Zillow. From our very first call with her we could tell that Tina was going to be a superstar. She is always engaged, attentive, warm, thinks positively but realistically, and is professional. As excited as we are for our search to be over and for us to be in our dream home, it is also bittersweet that we won't be calling on Tina's real estate expertise anymore.

Best realtor we have ever worked with, and with all the ups and downs of home buying it was an amazing rise. Our experience with Tina was absolutely amazing! She worked with us for a little over a year and was very patient with me going out to sea frequently. She was honest with her opinions on whatever property we asked about, Answered any questions we had and would always get us an answer to any question we had even when she didn’t know the answer she found out for us in a timely manner and informed us immediately. She is very patient and showed us over 30 properties in that time. And when we had to pause our home search she was willing to pick up where we left off. Problem:  As a first-time homebuyer, thousands of miles away on another continent, I needed help finding a new home in an area I knew nothing about.  With a shallow budget, high demands, and a very picky Veterans Affairs Loan. I needed someone who I was going to be able to trust.

Answer: TINA WAZNY! From day one, Tina was helping me gain knowledge about the home buying process, answering every single question I had. And I ask a lot of questions. I couldn't trip her up.  She understood my needs and my living situation. So she went on tours for me. Pointing out everything good and bad about each and every house I asked to be toured. Keeping me in the loop by sending pictures and videos. Her time and experience with many loans (especially a VA loan) saved me a lot of time and money in the process.

Where there is a will, Tina definitely has a way. She consistently provided me with resources. Always having a company or two in mind for anything.
